She graduated from the Third Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague. She completed several professional internships at renowned clinics in Europe and many professional courses in the USA. In May 2019, she successfully passed the international European exam in ophthalmology in Paris and received the title FEBO (Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology).

Since November 2012, she has been working as an ophthalmologist at Oční centrum Praha, a.s. Since 2023, she has been the Head Physician of the Cataract, Refractive, and Vitreoretinal Surgery Center and the guarantor of the educational academy. In May 2023, she was elected to the committee of the Czech Society for Refractive and Cataract Surgery (CSRCS).

In 2024, in Barcelona, she was the first ophthalmologist from the Czech Republic to successfully pass the exam organized by the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) in cooperation with the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO), which accredits surgeons with significant clinical competence, surgical skills, and theoretical knowledge, and received the title FEBOS-CR – a European title in the specialization of cataract and refractive surgery. She is one of three holders of this prestigious title in the Czech Republic.

He specializes in cataract surgery, refractive surgery, retinal and vitreous surgery, and other surgical procedures, performing three thousand intraocular surgeries annually. His research focuses on intraocular implants, and he has extensive experience as a principal investigator in clinical studies.

Every year, he actively participates in professional ophthalmology congresses and regularly presents the results of his work not only in the Czech Republic, but also at renowned international congresses of the ESCRS (European Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery) and ASCRS (American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery).

He is a member of the Czech Society of Ophthalmology (ČOS), the Czech Society for Refractive and Cataract Surgery (ČSRKCH), and the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS). For several years, he has been a lecturer in eye microsurgery at the Austrian company MTS – wetlab company. Since 2024, he has also been a lecturer in eye microsurgery at the annual ESCRS congresses.
