At first glance, it appears to be a young organization, but in fact its origins date back much further. This society was founded on the basis of the Implantology Section of the Czech Society of Ophthalmology, which has a long tradition among ophthalmologists.<\/p><p>The statutes of the CSRCS are based on the statutes of the Czech Medical Society of Jan Evangelista Purkyn\u011b.
